getting started

identities & intros your intros should be posted within 48 hours of being added to the community. if you cannot intro within that timeline, just let us know! when you're intro'ing please keep in mind that the online network means that your character's identity and everyone else's is anonymous except for alter egos. your character's alter egos were hacked and revealed to the online network a month ago and the only people exempt are those that do not have secret identities. pb, journal and ability changes comment the member's only post with your changes. if you're changing your pb please do not make the change until a mod approves it. please be mindful of pending applications when you request a change. for any journal and ability changes or fixes on the taken lists or the button, it's important we know! we're human and make mistakes so help us out. hiatus requests when placing a hiatus request please be sure to let us know what day you'll be back or checking in. we ask that you don't ask for more than 2 weeks without being able to check back in. of course we will allow longer in extreme situations if needed.

activity drop offs & removals

drop offs & extensions drop off all updates in the member's post. please link them along with adding your pb's name to the subject line. this will make it easier to mark you as completed on the taken list. for more information on what counts as an update please use the rules page as a reference. you can ask for an update extension but since updates can be anything we ask that you don't ask two update cycles in a row. removals if you were removed it could have been for one of the following reasons: you didn't update within the monthly cycle, you missed an activity check or your friends list was out of date 7+ days. you are always welcome to reapply but if you were removed for not updating, you must have an update in place before reapplying. as for activity checks, we will do them if we feel there's been a significant drop in activity on the friends page. if you've already updated or posted an activity for the month you can still be removed for not commenting an activity check. they will be announced in pbads but you should still be checking the friends page often enough that you won't miss one unless you're on hiatus.
